ONEIDA, NY — Police seized approximately 600 individual doses of fentanyl along with quantities of crack cocaine and methamphetamine during a search warrant execution on West Elm Street on June 15, 2026.
Robert Adsit, of Oneida, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell narcotic drug, a B-felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell controlled substance, a D-felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an A-misdemeanor.
The search warrant followed a six-month narcotics investigation conducted by the Oneida Police Department.
Police also seized cash believed to be connected to illegal narcotics activity.
Adsit was transported to the Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment and is being held without bail.
The investigation remains ongoing and additional arrests or charges may be forthcoming.
