Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports 17 arrests

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported 17 arrests during the week of June 18.

Vicki A. Alexander, 62, of Newark Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a DWI investigation in the Town of Maine.

Joshua H. Cleveland, 39, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Alden D. Cole, 28, was charged with reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, following a pursuit in the Town of Chenango.

Guy T. Cruciani, 38, of the Town of Binghamton, was charged with disseminating indecent material to minors in the 2nd degree, a class E felony, following an investigation into obscene material in the Town of Dickinson.

Cathy D. Diehl, 35, of Vestal, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Andrew M. Eggleston, 37, of Maine, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanors, and multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Antonio J. Jenkins, 49, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with BAC greater than .08, misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Nicholas A. Juliano, 40, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.

Sarah A. Kozak, 42, of Endicott, was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.

Christopher L. Knapp, 43, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, conspiracy in the 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor and criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Binghamton.

Mark A. Lambiase, 47, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Anthony L. Lopez, 32, of Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with BAC greater than .08, misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.

Adam L. Morris, 36, of Chenango Forks, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

Cody J. Neubauer, 32, of Castle Creek, was charged with reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and menacing in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Barker.
