UNDERHILL, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating an incident in which a man allegedly struck another person with a trailer.
On Jan. 16 at approximately 9:51 a.m., troopers were notified of a dispute between two individuals involving a trailer on Hidden View Road.
During the investigation, it was determined that David Villeneuve, 78, of Jericho, allegedly struck another individual with a trailer, resulting in injury.
The victim was identified as Kristen Villeneuve, 45, of Jericho.
Troopers located Villeneuve and issued him a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on July 28, 2026, at 8:26 p.m. to answer to charges of reckless endangerment and negligent operation.
