MILTON, NY — A 32-year-old man faces felony drug charges following a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle with a suspended registration at 1:46 p.m. on Geyser Road.
Corbin P. McIntosh, of Milton, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony.
He is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell it.
McIntosh was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both unclassified misdemeanors.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in Milton Town Court.
McIntosh was released on his own recognizance pending further court proceedings.
