WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania woman faces a retail theft charge following an incident at a York County store.
Kimberly Joy Murphy, 18, of Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of retail theft June 11.
The charge stems from a police investigation that occurred June 5 at Target on York Crossing Drive.
