UPPER ALLEN, PA — A man was arrested on a DUI charge following a single-vehicle crash in a business parking lot.
Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the parking lot at approximately 6:30 p.m. on June 4, 2026.
Upon arrival, officers determined that the operator of the vehicle was driving under the influence.
Justin A. Shirley, 44, of Camp Hill, was arrested at the scene.
Shirley was transported to Cumberland County Prison for booking.
A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
