FENTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl last seen in the Town of Fenton.
Ciara L. Culpepper, of Fenton, was last reported missing from the Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference on April 23.
This marks the sixth time Culpepper has been reported missing since October.
In previous incidents, law enforcement located Culpepper along the Main Street corridor of the City of Binghamton and the Village of Johnson City.
During the current investigation, Culpepper was reportedly seen on Main Street, Clinton Street and Jarvis Street in the City of Binghamton over the past few weeks.
Culpepper is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds with brown hair and glasses.
The Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Culpepper, ensure her safety and reconnect her with the Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference.
