OCEAN CITY, NJ — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who stole a donation box containing cash intended for the Ocean City Humane Society.
The Ocean City Police Department released information about the theft investigation on Tuesday.
The suspect has a distinctive ring on his right index finger, according to police.
