CORNWALL, VT — A 24-year-old man was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release following a noise disturbance call June 5, 2026.
Vermont State Police from the New Haven Barracks received a report of a noise disturbance at a residence on South Bingham Street at approximately 11:02 p.m.
Troopers responded to the scene and determined Gary Ryan Atwood, of Cornwall, was violating two active conditions of release.
Atwood was placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court.
