OLEAN, NY — A 52-year-old man was arrested on an indictment warrant charging him with drug offenses.
Kevin Harrington, also known as “Baldy,” of Olean, was taken into custody by the Street Crimes unit, assisted by the Patrol unit.
Harrington faces two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
All charges are B felonies.
Police said Harrington sold crack cocaine in the city.
Harrington was booked and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further proceedings.
