EAST HARTFORD, CT — Police are searching for a missing 18-year-old last seen near a railroad bridge.
Isaiah Williams was last seen in the area of the Trestle Railroad Bridge near Cedar Street, according to the East Hartford Police Department.
Police are asking anyone with information about Williams’ whereabouts to contact the department.
