WARRINGTON, PA — Police arrested a man on drug-related charges after responding to a report of an individual appearing unconscious or under the influence behind a Walgreens on May 27, 2026.
Officers responded to the area behind the Walgreens at 2060 Street Road after a concerned citizen called police.
Police located Robert Michael Carpino, 34, of Kennett Square, slumped completely forward with his phone in his hand hanging down.
Carpino was rocking forward with his head bobbing and exhibiting signs of impairment, according to police.
Officers reported Carpino’s speech was slow, low and raspy.
Following his arrest, police recovered suspected heroin/fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia including burnt straws and foil containing residue.
Carpino was charged with two counts of prohibited acts and public drunkenness.
He was processed and released.
