Woman arrested on domestic charges in Milton

MILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call Saturday at 6:28 p.m. at 900 Rock City Road.

Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Lisa A. O’Donnell, 48, of Milton for aggravated family offense, criminal contempt in the 1st degree and criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.

O’Donnell is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.

She was also charged with intentionally damaging property belonging to another person in an amount exceeding $250 and of violating an order of protection in doing so.

O’Donnell allegedly used a rock to cause a dent to the driver’s side of a motor vehicle belonging to the victim.

She was arraigned before the Honorable Steven L. Brown in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in that court.
