WEST CHESTER, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in an aggravated assault and strongarm robbery that occurred early Thursday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South High Street at approximately 3:20 a.m. on May 22, 2026, for a report of an incident that occurred at 2:38 a.m. on the 100 block of North Darlington Street.
The suspect is described as a college-aged white male with brown hair, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall.
He was wearing a white t-shirt and black sweatpants during the assault and robbery.
Police have released a photograph of the suspect, who remains unidentified.
Several witnesses to the incident also remain unidentified, and police have released photographs of the witnesses as well.
