DERBY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a local man on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs Saturday evening.
Todd Larose, 59, of Derby, was found passed out in a vehicle in the China Moon parking lot on Commons Drive at approximately 7:05 p.m. May 29, 2026.
Troopers responded to a report of a male passed out in a vehicle at the location.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the man as Larose.
Larose displayed indicators of drug impairment and was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI drugs.
He was processed at the Derby Barracks and later released on a citation to appear in court.
