MOREAU, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call Thursday at 3:04 a.m. on Sand Hill Drive.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Jason R. Turner, 27, of Moreau, for criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony.
Turner is accused of intentionally causing damage to a motor vehicle belonging to another person by smashing the windshield and driver’s side window with a baseball bat.
The damage to the vehicle reportedly exceeded $250.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Jeffrey B. McCabe in the Moreau Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings in that court.
