NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects who stole a package from a residential porch.
The theft occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. Thursday on Columbia Avenue near Plymouth Street.
Surveillance video captured a male and female suspect taking the package from the front porch of a home.
Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. is urging anyone with information about the suspects’ identities to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
Anonymous tips may also be made using the Police Division’s website at npd.newarkpublicsafety.org.
