HAMPSTEAD, NH — Police arrested a Danville man following a road rage incident that turned into a physical altercation on Sandown Road this afternoon.
The Hampstead Police Department received multiple 911 calls shortly after 2 p.m. reporting a fist fight in the middle of the roadway.
Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle and conducted an on-scene investigation.
An adult male from Danville was taken into custody and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, reckless operation and driving while intoxicated.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken with officers to contact the Hampstead Police Department.
