YORK, PA — A 53-year-old woman was arrested on multiple retail theft charges following an investigation into an incident at a grocery store.
Toni L. Hooper was taken into custody on May 11 on an outstanding warrant.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred on Feb. 4 at Weis Markets located at 1800 Roosevelt Avenue.
Hooper was charged with eight counts of retail theft, a third-degree felony.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on April 7.
