CUBA, NY — A man was arrested following a motorcycle accident Saturday night.
Dakota R. Steiner, 36, of Cuba, was taken into custody at approximately 8:43 p.m. May 17, according to Cuba Police Department.
Steiner was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as moved from lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, both violations.
He was processed and released.
