PAWTUCKET, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested on drunken driving charges following a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North.
Carmelo Rodriguez, 47, of Attleboro, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at 5:58 p.m.
He was charged with driving under the influence of intoxication liquor and/or drugs, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.
Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was released to a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
