PENN YAN, NY — A village woman was arrested following a domestic incident in which she allegedly struck another resident multiple times in front of a child.
Nichole D. Homkes, 33, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police after they responded to the report.
Police allege Homkes struck another village resident in the face numerous times while in the presence of a child.
Homkes was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
She is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
