Two arrested on drug charges in Greenville

GREENVILLE, NY — The Greene County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people following a traffic stop that led to the seizure of cocaine and other drugs.

Joshua Weisinger, 43, of Durham, and Kimberly Loucks, 43, of Durham, were arrested Monday.

Deputies stopped a vehicle on State Route 32 in the town of Greenville and found Weisinger in possession of 54 grams of cocaine, according to the sheriff’s office.

Loucks was found to be in possession of 58 grams of cocaine.

A search warrant was executed at Weisinger and Loucks’ residence, which resulted in the recovery of additional crack cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Weisinger was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, a class B felony, and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.

Loucks was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.

Weisinger was arraigned in Greenville Town Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail.

Loucks was arraigned in Greenville Town Court and released on her own recognizance with a return court date to be determined.

The Greene County District Attorney’s Office and Greene County Probation Department assisted in the investigation.
