ELMIRA, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of stealing steaks and shrimp from a grocery store.
The Elmira Police Department said the theft occurred at Weis Market on May 26.
The suspect has a tattoo of red lips on his neck, though the tattoo is not visible in a surveillance photo released by police.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Elmira Police Department at 607-737-5626.
