PENN YAN, NY — A 29-year-old man was arrested on a forcible touching charge after allegedly subjecting another village resident to unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature.
Hunter J. Parkhurst, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police Department.
Police said Parkhurst allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature.
Parkhurst was transported to the police department for arrest processing.
He was later taken to Penn Yan Village Court for arraignment.
Parkhurst was released with a stay away order of protection.
