ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A North Tonawanda man was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic incident Saturday.
Andrew Williams, 23, of North Tonawanda, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to exercise due care to avoid colliding with emergency vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on highway, and failure to obey a police officer.
The Ellicottville Police Department made the arrest.
Williams is scheduled to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date.
