CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police are investigating a retail theft at a grocery store on Wayne Avenue.
Officers were dispatched to Weis at 1056 Wayne Ave. at 3:09 p.m. on May 25, 2026.
Loss prevention staff reported that a male left the store without paying for merchandise on May 24, 2025, around 1 p.m.
The total value of items taken was $272.
Police said the person shown in a photo may have information relevant to the ongoing investigation.
He is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time.
Anyone with information that can assist police in identifying or locating this person is asked to submit a tip.
