CUBA, NY — Police arrested a 43-year-old man on theft-related charges May 13, 2026.
Joshua J. Mosher of Olean was taken into custody at approximately 1:52 p.m., according to the Cuba Police Department.
Mosher was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, both misdemeanors.
He was issued citations and released.
