WELLSBURG, NY — A Chenango Forks man was arrested on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop in the village.
Tyler R. Denny, 28, of Chenango Forks was arrested May 23 for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Denny was issued appearance tickets to appear in Wellsburg Village Court at a later date.
Man arrested on child endangerment charges in Big Flats

BIG FLATS, NY — A Big Flats man was arrested on child endangerment and criminal mischief charges following a domestic incident in the town.
Jeremiah R. Rangstrom, 37, of Big Flats was arrested May 23 for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, all Class A misdemeanors, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Rangstrom was arraigned by Big Flats Town Court, where an order of protection was issued, and he was released.
