Police seek suspect in multiple larcenies in Boston

BOSTON, MA — The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to identify an individual in relation to three larceny investigations.

At about 3:25 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a larceny in progress in the area of 333 Washington Street (CVS).

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated an unknown male had stolen several bottles of cologne from the store.

The victim stated the suspect fled in an unknown direction.

At about 1:36 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a larceny in progress in the area of 450 Washington Street (Macy’s).

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated an unknown male had stolen several pairs of sunglasses from the store.

The victim stated the suspect fled the store onto State Street.

At about 4:15 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a larceny in progress in the area of 7 Faneuil Hall Marketplace (Sunglass Hut).

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated an unknown male had stolen several pairs of sunglasses from the store.

The victim stated the suspect fled the store in the direction of Congress Street.

Detectives assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) are actively investigating the incidents.
