SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A Pennsylvania man was arrested Thursday on charges he illegally operated a motor vehicle owned by another person.
Shakhruz Makhmudov, 31, of Pennsylvania, was arrested May 8 following an investigation into an incident that occurred Jan. 8.
Police said Makhmudov was working for a car transport company when he removed a vehicle from the hauler and drove it for an extended period of time without the owner’s consent.
Makhmudov was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
