PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Police have arrested a library tutor accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl on two separate occasions.
Taylor Lindberg, 18, of Port Washington, was taken into custody Tuesday without incident by the Port Washington Police Department and the Nassau County Police Department Special Victims Unit.
According to detectives, Lindberg worked as a tutor at the Port Washington Library at 1 Library Drive.
Police say Lindberg had unwanted sexual contact with the juvenile victim inside the library on Monday, May 11, at 5:00 p.m. and again on Monday, May 18, at 5:15 p.m.
Lindberg is charged with three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
