Multiple arrests reported in Oneida

ONEIDA, NY — The Oneida City Police Department reported multiple arrests and citations between May 14 and May 21, 2026.

On May 14, Kellie F. Dailey, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.

Parish T. Gibson, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and passing a flashing red light.

Tyler C. Musacchio was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of possession/consumption of alcohol in public.

Rosemarie Musolino, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.

Jacob A. Shoen, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.

On May 15, Gibson was issued additional traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Molly S. Hawkinson, of Oneida, was arrested for DWI- 1st offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 of 1% or more-1st offense, consumption of alcohol/cannabis in a motor vehicle on highway and failing to use due care for an emergency vehicle stopped or standing.

Faith I. Miles, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for disorderly conduct.

Gary F. Russell was issued a criminal summons for harassment second-degree.

Michael S. Smith, of Munnsville, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and a license restriction violation.

Chelsey A. Wimmer, of Syracuse, was arrested on an arrest warrant for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree, aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and disobeying a traffic control device.

On May 16, Brandice N. Alexander, of Watervliet, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, unlicensed operator and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Rebecca L. Preeman, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for disorderly conduct.

On May 17, Raseac C. Caleb, of Huntington, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

A juvenile male was issued an appearance ticket for menacing second-degree, criminal possession of a weapon fourth-degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

Ocean U. Waters, of Morrisville, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

On May 19, Freddy H. Fuller, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal contempt second-degree.

Donald L. Husted, of Liverpool, was issued traffic tickets for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, driving while using a portable electronic device and a seat belt violation.

Grace I Jayson, of Stockbridge, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Patience S. Putnam, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for trespass and was also arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.

On May 20, Amber L. Ames, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for harassment second-degree and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.

Anai J. Cortes, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

John B. O’Herien, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree, DWAI alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation first-degree, aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, unlicensed operator, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Shoen was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated harassment second-degree.
