PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man last seen earlier this month.
Edmund Colwell, 66, of Philadelphia, was last seen May 10 in the area of the Frankford Terminal, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Colwell is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing baggy blue jeans, a gray hoodie and light-colored shoes.
