PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for an endangered missing person last seen Saturday afternoon.
Ernest Osborne, 60, of Philadelphia, was last seen May 17 at 3 p.m. on the 2800 block of West Lehigh Avenue.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds.
Osborne was wearing blue jeans, a navy blue jacket and black and white shoes when he was last seen.
