ENOSBURGH, VT — The Vermont State Police responded to a residence in Enosburgh for a report of an assault at approximately 12:59 a.m. on May 5, 2026.
Through investigation, police determined that Phillip Irons, 35, of Enosburgh, caused pain and fear to a household member.
On May 20, 2026, Irons was located and cited to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to a charge of first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
