LINCOLN, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and the Woonsocket Police Department arrested Troy D. Morvan, 30, of Woonsocket, on May 19, 2026, on a fugitive from justice warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for possession of a firearm.
Morvan was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned as a fugitive from justice in Providence County District Court.
The same day, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Kenneth Hassell, 61, of Johnston, with domestic violation of no contact order.
Hassell was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he pleaded guilty and was remanded to the ACI.
Leon Gagne, 22, of West Warwick, was charged by the ACI Investigations Unit with domestic violation of no contact order.
Gagne was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he pleaded guilty and was remanded to the ACI.
The ACI Investigations Unit also charged Katelyn Burke, 26, with last known address of Providence, as a fugitive from justice from the State of Massachusetts.
Burke was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where she was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs’ Department pending her return to Massachusetts.
Members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Marc D’Aguanno, 48, of Scituate, for check kiting, laundering of monetary instruments, bank fraud and conspiracy.
D’Aguanno was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
Seth Derobbio, 40, of Coventry, was arrested by members of the Financial Crimes Unit for check kiting, laundering of monetary instruments, bank fraud and conspiracy.
Derobbio was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Crawford, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
