Man arrested on retail theft charges in Camp Hill

CAMP HILL, PA — Police arrested a man Monday on charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Kevin Jamel Walston-Caldwell, 40, of Harrisburg, was taken into custody by the Camp Hill Police Department on May 18.

The charges stem from a shoplifting incident that occurred on July 10 at 170 S 32nd St.

An arrest warrant was issued Nov. 13 by District Court 09-1-02.

Walston-Caldwell faces one count of retail theft and one count of conspiracy to commit retail theft, both first-degree misdemeanors.
