PENN YAN, NY — A man was arrested following a larceny complaint at a local business.
Jacob D. Catlin, 36, of Dundee, entered a local business on April 30, 2026, and stole $70.98 worth of items, according to Penn Yan Police.
Catlin was taken into custody during an unrelated incident and issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
He is to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
