ANDES, NY — A Delhi man died after a single-vehicle crash on May 16, 2026.
New York State Police at Margaretville and the Richfield Springs Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the crash at approximately 8:21 p.m. on County Highway 1 and Little Dingle Hill Road.
An investigation at the scene determined that Ethan Ray Kennedy, 27, of Delhi was operating a 1995 Mazda MX-5 Miata on County Highway 1 when he lost control.
The vehicle went off the roadway and struck an earth embankment, causing it to roll and land on its roof.
Kennedy did not survive.
