WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 24-year-old man faces theft charges following an incident at a Walmart store.
Michael Wolfgang Schmidt was charged Monday with one count of retail theft and one count of criminal conspiracy – retail theft, both misdemeanors.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred May 9 at the Walmart located on Town Center Drive.
