Woman arrested on drug charges in Utica

UTICA, NY — A 54-year-old woman faces felony drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at an apartment on Genesee Street.

New York State Police Troop D Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, Counter Terrorism Intelligence Unit – North, and uniform members executed the search warrant at 1431 Genesee Street Apartment 507 on Wednesday.

The search resulted in the seizure of more than 1 ½ ounces of crystal methamphetamine, approximately 1/8 ounce of fentanyl, and a quantity of cocaine.

Police also seized a cutting agent, drug packaging materials, a scale, and a drug ledger.

Rebecca A. Kulikowski, of Utica, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, intent to sell, a class B felony.

She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, weight greater than ½ ounce, a class C felony.

Kulikowski was transported to Oneida County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
