Single-vehicle crash reported in Weybridge

WEYBRIDGE, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Water Street near Baker Court on May 13, 2026.

Troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to the scene at approximately 12:45 p.m.

Sebastian Crowell, 28, of Vergennes, was unable to maintain his lane of travel, causing his 2025 Subaru Crosstrek to collide with a guard rail, according to police.

Crowell sustained minor bruising on his leg and chest but did not require hospitalization.

The crash occurred during light rain and wet road conditions.

Crowell was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

His vehicle sustained significant front-end damage.

The Weybridge Fire Department assisted at the scene.
