TUNBRIDGE, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating significant damage to a guardrail on Vermont Route 110 near Button Hill Road.
Troopers were notified of the damage at approximately 3:50 p.m. on May 13, 2026.
Initial information indicated the damage occurred within the previous few days.
A long portion of the guardrail in a pull-off area was severely damaged, according to police.
Pieces of wood, logs and other debris were found surrounding the area.
The Vermont Agency of Transportation is listed as the victim in the incident.
Police said potential charges are pending.
