GILBOA, NY — Schoharie County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday, May 13, arrested a man in connection with a reported shots fired incident that occurred May 10 at the KOA Campground on Stryker Road in the town of Gilboa.
Shmuel Seskutov, 24, of Oneonta, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a Class D felony.
He also was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, a Class E felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor.
Seskutov was arraigned in Schoharie County Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released under electronic monitoring supervised by Schoharie County Probation.
He is scheduled to appear in Gilboa Town Court at a later date.
The investigation remains ongoing.
