SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A woman was arrested on a theft charge stemming from an incident at a local retail store.
Melissa Riley, 43, of East Hartford, was taken into custody at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday on an active arrest warrant, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
The charge stems from a January theft of $505.11 worth of merchandise from LL Bean at 75 Evergreen Way.
Riley was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday.
She was already in state custody on charges from other jurisdictions at the time of her arrest.
