HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman was arrested on a driving under the influence charge following a crash March 6.
Stazia J. Bedosky, 23, of Nanticoke, was operating a 2013 Dodge sedan when she struck a fence in the area of the former Dundee Gardens on Sans Souci Parkway, according to police.
Police determined Bedosky was under the influence.
Bedosky was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence highest rate, careless driving and duties at a stop sign.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. June 15 at Luzerne County Central Court in Wilkes-Barre.
