ULSTER, NY — A man was arrested and charged with grand larceny after police received a complaint about a vehicle that was not returned to its owner.
Martin A. Hancock, 41, of Ulster Park, was found to be in possession of the vehicle during an investigation on May 5, 2026, according to the Ulster Police Department.
Detectives located Hancock regarding the complaint and learned he had an outstanding out-of-state warrant.
Hancock was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and charged as a fugitive from justice.
He was remanded to the Ulster County Jail to await extradition.
The Ulster Police Department was assisted by the City of Kingston Police Department.
