LOCKPORT, NY — A man has been arrested following an investigation into a sex offense involving a juvenile victim.
The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau concluded its investigation on May 11, 2026.
The incident occurred in the Town of Lockport in 2025.
Eric G. Stone Jr. was arrested and charged with four counts of rape in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse in the third degree.
Stone Jr. was held for arraignment in the Niagara County Correctional Facility.
He will be given a future court date in Niagara County Court.
