ALBANY, NY — New York State Police are investigating a crash involving a box truck and passenger vehicle on the eastbound Thruway at mile marker 149.6 near Exit 24.
One person was transported to Albany Medical Center.
The left lanes eastbound and westbound had been blocked.
Westbound lanes have reopened, but the eastbound left lane before the Exit 24 off ramp remains blocked.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
